I have about seven years of special needs experience (children and adults, ages 3-70). I have adored working with special needs individuals since middle school, and my goal is to incorporate that passion into my career as a healthcare manager eventually- I am currently in school for a Healthcare Management Master's of Business Administration. The majority of my special needs experience comes from my time as an in-home caregiver and nanny, though I also have group home and long-term care facility experience. Additionally, I started working as a behavior technician in an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic in May of 2023. Aside from autism experience, I also have experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ADHD, and other varying mental and physical differences that benefit from more individualized care.
