I went through about a month of going back and forth with Elisa, including an intro phone call, a short 4 hour trial day, and several text messages ending up with me hiring her. We discussed all the details through text and I confirmed the schedule for the week. She was supposed to begin today at 8am when I start work, however she did not show up and I have tried to call & text with no response. It has been a huge waste of time and energy and now I have to start from square one with trying to find childcare ASAP all while still working at the same time.
