About Elena

I have been in the caregiving field since the age of 18. I started as DSP for developmentally disabled adults. I have some experience working in a youth group home. This required caring for a teenager with autism and teens with severe behaviors. My duties included meal prep, taking vitals, medication reminders, assisting during outings when additional staff was needed in special circumstances. This was a very structured environment with behavior plans in place. The last four years I have worked primarily with seniors either in a hospice setting or in home. I also work as a HHA. I have worked in Individualized home support as well. CNA/RNA certified. Most importantly I am a mother. I have an adult son and daughter, a 14-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son.
