She was a lovely lady. I appreciated meeting with her, however she seemed very distracted while she worked. I believe she could've done a better job. Also I felt mislead because I went over pricing before I hired her and than she changed the price to a higher amount when she completed what was asked. I felt I didn't get my money's worth and wasn't satisfied with her work ethic. Make sure you get in written form how much the house keeper is charging for their first clean in your house so they don't change their mind and increase the fee after they clean. It seemed like she had personal issues going on the first and last day she worked for me. Sometimes it's better to decline a job than show up and under perform. I personally thought she was a nice person but I wouldn't rehire her.
