About Eileen E

In my previous career, I was a physical therapist assistant and worked in home health for 25 years and am recently retired from that career. For a short time, I worked as a teacher's aide when I lived in Maryland. I have 20 plus years of experience helping to raise approximately 40 nieces and nephews. I can help with Crafts and Errands and local driving, some light homework (lower grades - can't handle the new math with the teens). I love to engage with children playing whatever board games and toys they have, doing crafts and just being silly with them. Will take children to the park (as long as it's not brutally hot in the FL sun and not the pool). I love to read to the little ones and make them laugh and feel good about whatever they are doing. I'm a very calm person, never yell or scold but rather try to redirect when needed. I believe in positive reinforcement as much as possible.
