(Located in Rosenberg Tx) I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a caregiver. With over seven years of experience, I've supported families by providing reliable child care and making a positive impact on children's lives. As a creative and friendly caregiver, I value leading by example. Children learn from their surroundings, so I prioritize fostering respect, self-care, independence, and creativity. I'm a safe space for all, leading with love, caring with passion, and supporting unconditionally. I communicate with parents through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, creatively inspiring independence with rewards. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, and educational games that promote learning.
