My first senior her name was Silvia, she had dementia as I've stayed with her and treated her like everyone one she had a hard time speaking but in a way I've always understand her, she was a grandmother that was related to her older son who asked for my help as I accepted since I've had a lot of patiences and practice, I would feed her, talk to her, and just be their for her but I wouldn't just be a "caretaker" I was her friend and I've always thanked her for the times we had together which inspired me to continue and help others.
