We have known Dylan for five years, as she was our daughter's preschool teacher. Eventually, she also started babysitting for our two kids. As a teacher and a sitter, she always had a smile on her face and a cheerful disposition. She adores working with children and it is evident in how she plays with and cares for them. She genuinely enjoys her job and children notice that. At school, I would always see a group of children circled around Dylan as she played with and actively engaged them in an activity, book or project. The same is true at home with our children. She's patient, kind, nurturing, loving, and an excellent communicator. She has always been on time or early, she's responsible and always keeps me in the loop about how things are going while we're away, if necessary. I highly recommend her as a nanny and trust her entirely!
