About Dottie

Hi there, I'm Dottie! I have always known I wanted to help people in some way. After getting my CNA at 16 and working in a skilled nursing facility, I quickly realized I was called to be a nurse. In 2018 I graduated with my LPN and worked in a clinic for a short time. It didn't take long and I was missing the special relationships with all the residents I was blessed to experience. Since the clinic I have worked at my current job which is a skilled nursing facility as a charge nurse on night shift. Reasons I'm looking for something new include, the hour commute, no longer willing to work night shift, and looking forward to give my time and efforts to one individual rather then trying to fill the needs of 43 residents and feeling I couldn't do enough. I would request weekends off as well as certain holidays. My interests outside of work include painting/art, nature, and fishing. I would love to share these interests with your loved one as well as learn what they are passionate about.
