I have been a caregiver for the past 19 years , the last 11 years of which have been for the same person. I am compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and reliable. I am competent in meal planning/preparation, administering medications, transfers, assistance with walking, exercise, bathing, dressing, grooming, companionship, laundry, & housekeeping. From an early age, I enjoyed taking care of others, especially the elderly. I decided on becoming a full- time caregiver due to my passion for the elderly. I find it extremely rewarding to be a part of improving their quality of life, and am dedicated to giving the best possible care. I am experienced in stroke related issues, cancer & chemo, and am a quick learner.

Dona has been an angel for me and my family. She stepped in to help me with my mother after my father suddenly passed. Her optimistic and cheerful attitude was a warm welcome during my time of grief and adjustment. She has been a great friend to both my mother and I and I am beyond thankful to have had her apart of our lives. She truly cares not only about your loved one but also your entire family. While my mother declined she stepped in to help me manage things and the animals at home so I can spend the days at the hospital by my mother’s side. On days that I needed a break she would sit at the hospital all day and keep me posted on my mother’s condition. She is truly a blessing.
