I am an experienced Behavioral Interventionist and Direct Support Professional with a strong background in behavioral health, special education, and social services. I have supported individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral challenges across clinical, educational, and community settings. I am skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention planning, classroom management, crisis prevention, and data collection. I also have experience leading group activities, creating daily lesson plans, and supporting administrative tasks with attention to detail and organization. I hold an inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, DSP 1 and DSP 2 certifications, and current certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), First Aid, CPR, and Special Education.
