I flew into Cleveland from out of state and hired Dominique as a caretaker for me after I had surgery. Best decision ever. She thinks 10 steps ahead and proactively reached out to meet in person at my hotel so she could get the lay of the land and know her way around day of the surgery. She was exceptionally prompt and dependable, always where she needed to be ahead of schedule, and does her research upfront. I was hardly able to move my arms and legs after surgery and was thankful to have Dominique by my side. She handled me more gently than any of the nurses that helped me at the clinic, was able to help me onto the toilet, into the car, and in and out of my bed with minimal pain. She also helped me run errands, pick me up from doctor's appointments, and grocery shop. She went above and beyond, and was happy to see 100% of my money going directly to the caretaker themselves vs. hiring a home health agency where their workers get paid a fraction of what was owed. 200% recommend!
