About Dominique

Hello my name is Dominique. I have been casually babysitting since I was 13 and have always loved kids. I have also coached volleyball for children ages 7-13, I feel that this has given me a better understanding of how to manage behavior without being harsh whatsoever. Besides the coaching and babysitting, I was also a nanny for a family in Southern California for about a year. The two children were ages 3 and 12. I am not a fan of sticking kids in front of the TV so I would typically take the toddler to the park and host playdates. For the 12-year-old, I was her pick up from school and homework monitor/tutor for certain subjects. I absolutely loved this job, but had to let it go when I moved for college. Overall I feel that I have a wide range of experience caring for children of different ages and I would love to find another family to help on a regular basis.
