About Dionne

I enjoy caring for others. I am available for live-in. I have worked with hospice patients, patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and patients having other cognitive and physical disabilities. The patients are happy with my company and assistance. I assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, etc. I cook simple meals and assist with medications. I have kept records detailing all actions during my time with the patient so that the family, co-workers, supervisor, as well as visiting nurses and doctors were aware of the patient's care, and any changes to patient's physical health and cognizance. I hold licenses as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide and Patient Care Technician. I hold a current BLS/CPR card. I will give reference names and numbers upon request.
