This young lady posed what I considered a safety issue with my loved one, she left her unattended for a period of time, when I confronted her, her attitude towards me as the employer became combative, she began talking to me as though I was wrong and her attitude was terrible and it remained like that throughout the rest of the day, I feel as though she did not respect the employer and employee relationship, So my husband and I decided to terminate her
