What a gift it was to work with Diane. From our first conversation about care, she made us feel listened to and respected. She asked just the right questions regarding Mom's needs and went above and beyond in meeting them. Her communication was clear and compassionate. She took detailed notes on everything from how Mom reacted when offered a specific food to the book from which she read aloud to her. I never had any doubt that Diane would treat my mother as her own and that Mom's safety and comfort were top priority. Beyond that, in many ways, I felt as cared-for by Diane as my mom was. I have never been involved in caring for someone in their final days, and Diane provided perspective and empathy, head and heart. I can't recommend her highly enough. Her future clients will be fortunate to have Diane by their side.
