THE WORSE experience for me and my family, I have used this service many times. I did due diligence by expediting her application, checking references, her certification for training based on her desire to start immediately. NO RESPECT of anyone's time regarding communication. She accepted the job, signed contract and then 1st day of orientation to work cancelled, we arranged another date which meant me missing work. Dezirae was a total NO show, NO call, NO text. If you are in the health care profession, be mature to communicate your intentions. I gave her 3 too many chances. My recommendation is skip this candidate, too good to be true and too much of an inconvenience. Being a caregiver is stress enough, families looking for help deserve better! Glad it happened before she start vs her doing a midnight shift and a no show. Smh. If Dezirae changed her mind, fine! It's the principle and maturity to communicate that to the family..: not waste time and money (grant, state paid for her training)
