About Desiree

Hello, I am Desiree, I am a Navy veteran and social work student in college. I am currently interning with a horse therapy group and work with children with developmental disabilities and emotional problems. Much of my training for my current role employs a Montessori approach and I believe that it is important we empower our next generation to be strong, kind, problem solvers. If you choose me as your child's caregiver you will get someone who is active, loves to read, and has fun doing hands-on projects like crafts, gardening, and board games. I enjoy trips to the park. botanical gardens, and really anywhere we can walk around and be outside. I am CPR certified, have basic First-Aid training from the military, and have watched children since the age of 14.
