I'm described as safe, warm and loving. I like working with kids because it is my calling in life. I love helping them grow into themselves. I'm looking for a job that connects me with families I get to serve the best way I know how and in good cooperation. I started working with kids when I was 14 as a babysitter. Then built a career of 12 years in Early Childhood Education. I gained skills through experience and professional development courses. I worked in a home daycare for 5 years, 1 daycare center for 3 years and another for 4 years. In my spare time, I like to create/fix things, learning new things and bonding with loved ones. I am fair. If there is a problem, I consider all sides and try to find a solution that works for everyone. My skills include anticipating needs, responding consistently and connecting emotionally.
