I have volunteered at a camp for disabled kids. I have specifically worked one-on-one with a 7-year-old child with Down syndrome. I have also worked one-on-one for a week at an overnight camp with a 6-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. I have also worked with children with Autism and cerebral palsy at my church. I love these kids. They touch my heart, and it makes me so happy to get to work with them.
