Very caring, provides quality care, pleasant, attentive and worked well with my family members. Attendance and reliability became problematic. Behavior continued even after informing her how her absences negatively impacted my job performance and attendance. When I informed her that temp assignment (3-6 months contact signed, this was month 6) was ending in 2 weeks she left in the middle of shift. Upon returning days later, I was gracious enough to allow her to go to an "interview" mid shift. She was hired and informed me that she had to train with them the same evening, so didn't finish her shift.
