I am 41-year-old, mother of 2 (22 & 18) and grandmother to 2 (2 & 9 months). I have over 22 years experience with providing care for families for children 6 weeks to? I have served as one to one aid for young ones (5 years to 19) within the school and at home for respite care. I have worked in a Intense Resource room with over 5 years experience here. I have been helping students, autism, fragile x, Down syndrome, ADHD, paralyzed students, MR, and many unknown diagnoses. I have taught students one on one from kindergarten to 12th grade. I taught a student who is at the stage of learning life skills to help him in his life before he ages out. I have experience with sever rages, recluse and defiance. I have also taught remedial math and science to high school student, class of 7 daily. I have been the one on one aid for a young man with a severe case of autism, everything from greeting at the door to healing load the bus. I also have worked with him and his 3 other siblings, all special needs, helping out in the home as their single Mom went to work. Helping with anything and everything they needed help with. I take pride with life skills and helping each amazing young one experience life!
