About Delaney

I'd describe my personality as reliable, creative, open-minded I like working with kids because we keep each other entertained! I like being able to play games and do activities with kids and seeing how it makes their day. I also love when I can make kids feel accepted, comfortable, and understood. I started working with kids when I was 14 I volunteered for the Twinsburg Summer Camp. I then began working there a few years later when I was of age to start working. At summer camp I would work with kids ages 6-12 and learned how to de-escalate sticky situations, keep kids entertained, be friends with kids, and put my foot down when needed. One thing you should know about me is that I am a dedicated worker! I have a list of references that will vouch for me, I am a hard-worker that will bring 100% every single day.
