About Delaney

As a childcare provider, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I have four years of experience caring for children and have taken courses in early childhood education. I am patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe in respectful, flexible, and caring interactions with children. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and technology-based games. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, and I am willing to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am First Aid and CPR trained. I also have a background in children with special needs. I took a gap year before starting college to become a behavioral therapist. Working with children is my passion, and I look forward to meeting you and your family!
