Hello! I'm Debbie, a grandma in training, devoted caregiver, and former career copywriter with a joyful spirit, nurturing heart, and a playful sense of humor. I bring warmth, creativity, and fun into every family I join. After a long career in marketing, I followed my heart back to kids and family. Last year, I returned to caregiving for a toddler with special needs and recently, as a nanny/house manager for a family with a 2- and 5-year-old, balancing cooking and household duties with toddler activities and kindergarten pick up/drop off. I thrive in a home where children are treated gently and with kindness, nurturing their minds with honest answers and attentive, present caregiving. I respect routine and structure that's consistent but allows flexibility when kids need it. I'm also highly capable in the kitchen.
