I have obtained my Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate through the American Hart Association. I was granted the Spirit of Detroit Award for 2016 for senior advocacy service. Studies show that staying social and engaged increases seniors' quality of life and prevents depression and cognitive decline. Illness, weakness and an inability to drive are just a few factors keeping senors from working through an ordinary to-do-list. Having help with shopping and errands keeps seniors engaged and improves quality of life. I am ready willing and able to make sure your family member has every opportunity to maintain a great quality of life.
