About Deborah

With over 35 years of experience, I have worked with the elderly and the differently abled. I have cared for my aging parents and taken courses in end of life care and patient advocacy. I've managed scheduling of other care givers, and worked closely with Hospice, coordinating a range of care. I have raised four wonderful children while caring for others, as well as teaching art and drama in the public schools. I am kind, caring and compassionate and have great respect for elders and folks with disabilities. I am confident with medication management, medical devices, wound care, showering and toileting, preparing healthy meals and snacks, running errands, providing help with pet care, and accompanying your loved ones to doctor's appointments as well other outings. I am a great advocate. I am an open communicator, and I love to provide compassionate companionship. I bring along with me my passion for art, storytelling and interest in your elder s lives. Together we laugh every day!
