I have a BFA in painting & drawing, so crafting is 2nd nature to me, along with make believe. I will play with your children, I will talk to them, I will read to them, I will teach them new skills and I will take them to the park, because that is what I love about this job. I have 6 siblings, and as the 2nd to the oldest, I grew up babysitting. I was with my last client for almost 2 yrs. that assignment ended abruptly due to Covid-19, so I am looking for my next great family. I have had a few short term jobs in the past year. I am looking for a long-term job now.

My daughter was born premature with SGA. We hired Deb when she was 6 weeks old, over a year ago. Deb is very detail-oriented, safety conscious, great at keeping a feeding schedule, punctual, and caring. I was looking for a caregiver that wasn't just a nanny but also could be a socially smart buddy for my baby. Because I have a daughter, I also hoped that the caregiver be a feminist. Deb fits right into our family. She has been there to help us, including babysitting on special occasions. She is very open and honest about her opinions, but truly there to help mom & dad, not her own agenda. She is a local, a great artist and a well-rounded person, so it is easy to talk with her about anything. I can't imagine how life would be without Deb. She is a member of our family and we are proud to know her and have her work with us. Our daughter becomes very happy to see her every day. Deb respects our daughter and chooses very good games to help her grow. We would recommend her to anybody.
