I hired Darletta to care for my elderly mother with Alzheimer's. Darletta is very punctual (actually arrives early), dependable, honest, and trustworthy. Her years of experience as a caregiver was evident since day one. She came in and started attending to my mom right away, without waiting to be told what to do. She has a calm and patient approach and knows how to talk to, interact with and handle people with Alzheimer's in order to get them to do what they need to do, but without offending them or upsetting them. Darletta has been such a blessing to our family and I highly recommend her.
