I have been in the special education field for 13 years. I have a 40-year-old half brother that is on the spectrum as well, so I have been around the understanding of autism and other diagnosis for a very long time. I have worked at Cardinal Cushing as direct care staff, education aids, 1 to 1 aid, and support crisis team. I have worked privately for 2 families, one from Chicago and one from the south shore. Their sons had autism and angel man syndrome. I currently work at Road To Responsibility in Situate but come September ill be attending nursing school full time and won't be able to commit to my 24 hr weekend shift and other days/overnights. Unfortunately ill be in school on Tuesdays and Thursdays finishing up some extra nursing prerequisites until may but if there is any availability you may have that would be wonderful.
