My name is Danielle. I'm 32 years old and work full time as a school psychologist at a school for children ages 3-21 with visual impairments and other disabilities. I began working with children with disabilities when I was pursuing my undergrad degree in Pittsburgh as a respite care provider. Once I had my degree, I worked as a therapeutic staff support (TSS) provider until going to grad school to become a school psychologist. As a school psychologist I work closely with children and their families on a regular basis and am looking to provide home care for some families on a part time basis.
