About Danielle

I'm a birth and postpartum doula, ILFS (integrative lactation and feeding specialist), and nanny. I completed the Manhattan Birth Mentor Program and the ILFS Program, where I fulfilled my interest in all things pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum, and babies. I have a degree in health science from Quinnipiac University, which sparked my expedition into the birth world. Working as a nanny for the past six years has solidified why I want to support families in welcoming and adapting to life with a newborn. I have learned so much about the science of childbirth, recovery, and newborn care; important, of course, but only part of it. Nurturing, encouraging, assisting, and informing the birthing person and family is what being a doula means to me. I look forward to developing a trusting and reassuring relationship with you during this memorable time.
