I tried my hand at many different jobs before finding my true calling - helping those in need. I've worked 2 years at an elementary school as a paraprofessional and worked 1+ year as a home service provider for a family with a special needs young person. I've learned a great deal about patience and understanding that sometimes people just need a little extra help with things. It in no way makes them any less of a human being or unworthy of living a happy and healthy life filled with meaning and purpose. I've worked with some remarkable people, who have taught me just as much, if not more, than I have them. I'm looking to find a situation where I can truly help others in need and make a positive impact on their life. Making food, cleaning, running errands, or simply lending an ear to someone that needs a friend to talk to about life. Whatever the case, I'm able and willing to help!
