About Rachel

I firmly believe that quality of care given to animals should equal that of humans. In other words, I would love to dote on your pets! I am currently a volunteer at a local animal shelter (and the Adoption Service in the past), and take animal care very seriously. I have been working as a pet sitter for six years, and was raised with animals; having been the proud owner of nine cats, two dogs, and hundreds of fish, I understand the amount of commitment and adoration that pet care requires. I have experience with cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, rats, turtles, tortoises, gerbils, hamsters, fish, ferrets (yes, ferrets), and a variety of other pets. In addition to simply caring for pets, I have over four years of experience in dog/cat training, and specialize in the rehabilitation of and interaction with rescue animals and pets with behavioral issues.
