About Dana

Dana I'd describe my personality as energetic, patient, and insightful. I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old, mostly babysitting. But I began being paid for it when I was about 15. I also spent a majority of my life volunteering in the children's ministry at my churches. And I currently work as a substitute teacher, mostly working with kids in preschool with learning difficulties. In my spare time, I like to read novels, watch classic TV shows, write children's stories, paint, and go hiking. One thing you should know about me is I have ADHD, but I've learned to cope with it very well without medication. I might just have to take notes on your family's preferences or needs to make sure I get everything done efficiently. My skills include listening, problem solving, and communication.
