Hello, I'm Dana! Thanks for taking the time to view my page. I currently work full time as a Program Manager at UW Hospital, but have nannied on and off on the side for more than 15 years in WI, TX and DC. I have loads of experience with all ages, ranging from 2-weeks, to toddlers to pre-teens and special needs teenagers. In working with so many kiddos and families through the years, I have developed skills and lots of experience in a number of more niche childcare areas, including: -Sleep training and sleep regression - Infant night nannying - Multi-day care with overnights (if care is needed when parents/primary caregivers are out of town for more than one day/night) One of my favorite care capacities is providing customized support for new or first time parents as they acclimate to their new role and routine.
