About Dana

Hello! My name is Dana, and I have a degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and extensive experience working with children in a variety of settings. I previously worked as a Therapeutic Child Care Specialist for children in the care system. In this role, I provided trauma-informed care, supported emotional regulation, and facilitated developmentally appropriate activities for children with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs. I have also worked as in Spain, a part-time nanny for a child on the autism spectrum, and as a camp counselor and babysitter throughout high school and college. I am passionate about creating a patient, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel safe and cared for. I am currently continuing my education and am seeking opportunities to provide reliable and compassionate childcare. I previously was CPR certified and am willing to do again.
