I have CNA, CHHA and CPR licensed with almost 8 years of experience. I have experience working in assisted living for years, experience working with a couple hands on or one on one patient. I have over a year experience with behavioral problem like Schizophrenia , Bi polar, multiple personality, and depression. I am an individual Contractor working with DDD New Jersey State licensed. I been working specialize dementia patient, or memory loss problem, chronic problem who have difficulty performing basic day to day activities. Duties include, Meal preparation, Assist personal care, mobility, administering medication, light housekeeping laundry and companionship and Recreational activities, Driving patient to any doctor's appointments, make doctor's appointments, food shopping, appointment daily exercise and etc.
