My name is Crystal- student, pursuing Bachelor in Sociology and Criminal. CNA for the last 7 years in long-term care, psych, home health, and hospital settings. My favorite part of the job is creating a personalized care plan to make my clients feel loved and safe. Very experienced and compassionate with Alzheimer's and dementia, understanding the extra needs of this community. I wholeheartedly believe that the senior community deserves love, respect, and dignity in their later years, and I pride myself on bringing this attitude to every position I hold.
