About Courtney

As a dedicated childcare professional with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and over 15 years of experience, I bring both practical knowledge and deep insight into child development and family structures. My experience has given me the unique ability to understand and respect the individual flows, parenting philosophies, and values of each family. I adapt my care to reflect those familial dynamics with thoughtfulness and consistency. I'm seeking full-time positions that allow me to provide care from my own home, which has been thoughtfully set-up to support safety, cognitive development, and physical well-being. With age-appropriate learning tools, outdoor play space, and a safe and nurturing environment, I hope to offer children a "home-away-from-home". I am most interested in caring for one to two children at a time to ensure they receive focused, attentive care meant to meet their needs. I am, however, flexible on these criteria.
