Courtney was a godsend when caring for my grandmother at the end of her life. She cared for her as if she was her own family, which was a huge relief for me living in a different city. I found Courtney to be trustworthy, competent, and exceptionally thoughtful, three traits necessary for anyone in her field. The caring about my grandmother and myself did not stop once my grandmother was placed in the hospital the final time. Courtney volunteered to stay with me at the hospital and sit beside until until her passing. She came to the funeral and made sure to follow up with me at various times after her death. It isn't just a job for Courtney. It is her calling.
