She's been with us for nearly two years and from the very beginning, she has been reliable, taking initiative in every situation, and providing a level of care that gives us complete peace of mind. One thing that sets Courtney apart is her genuine engagement with our children. Her ability to be fully present and involved is truly spectacular. She doesn't just supervise; she actively plays and engages with our girls, ensuring they're entertained and well-cared for. Every day she would get the girls dressed, brush and braid their hair, and feed them well balanced meals. Another thing that is guaranteed with Courtney is her flawless cleaning skills. She organizes and tidies up without being asked, and she does it with zero judgment. Courtney would have the laundry done, dishes cleaned, counters spotless, and so much more. My job was very demanding and left me with little energy when I got home. Her ability to help me take care of the girls, clean the house, and help in general really allowed me to be a little less stressed. Courtney is quick to help with anything we ask of her. She has even gone above and beyond by helping me at my workplace when I needed an extra hand, even when my kids weren't with me.
