About Constance

Hello everyone, My name is Constance, but I go by "Connie". I am located in Chicago lL. I am passionate about working with families and their loved ones by offering exceptional services and quality of care. My experience as a caregiver include caring for residents in skilled nursing facilities and private home settings. Some of my previous duties include assisting individuals with ADLs(bathing dreasing, feeding etc), offering companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and meal preparation. I also make sure to ensure safety at all times, especially during patient transfer. I have cared for individuals with memory issues and those on hospice. I am CPR certified and I am willing to offer a background on request. I am a hardworking, reliable, and a keen learner. My goal is ensure that families and their lived ones feels safe in the comfort of their homes and their needs are met.
