About Connie

I'd describe my personality as hard working, empathetic, and charismatic. In everything I do I always give it 100%, when I do things I like to do them well. I also make sure to be empathetic towards everyone, everyone has different needs and I try to support them the best I can. I also like to think of myself as an outgoing person, I will be everyone's biggest cheerleader! I like working with kids because there is something so beautiful about helping to shape young minds, and it's a responsibility I don't take lightly. Everyday is different, fun, and challenging, when you work with kids, and I love being part of their world. I've been working with kids for as long as I've been able to. When I was younger I would serve in my churches children's rooms or babysit younger kids after school, and as I've gotten older that's grown into being a camp counselor and watching kids of all ages for long periods of time. I even have experience working with special needs kids.
