I have been working as a Personal Care Assistant for Senior's for the past 2 years. I enjoy spending time with them because they always have amazing stories to tell, they are fun to be around, I enjoy helping people that need some extra help, and I like to provide help to them if it can keep them out of the nursing home (if that is their wish). I have taken care of individuals with dementia, for the early stages to more advanced stages. I have taken care of individuals in wheel chairs. I have taken then shopping, cleaning, companionship, cooking, etc. This is something that I really enjoy.
