About Conner

I've been caring after children of all ages for about 8 years now. I am currently a special needs para educator during the school year for children with autism, down syndrome and other learning and intellectual disabilities. I have experience with communication devices, g-tube feedings and seizure protocols. I am CPI, CPR and first aid certified. I have plenty of experience working with aggressive and self injurious behaviors. I have a son with autism who receives therapy daily and have worked closely with his therapists, as well as worked in an ABA center for a year before moving to education. My passion is working with children, especially ones with special needs. I am great with animals as well, having two cats myself and growing up with animals in the home. I enjoy cleaning and helping with house work. I was a house keeper for a period of time and gained a lot of experience working in homes.
