Since then, I became an occupational therapist (OTR/L) and have been working for the past 3 years with children 9 months to 13 years with varying diagnoses (mostly Down syndrome, autism, developmental delay). I also had a 3 month fieldwork in inpatient rehab at White Memorial Hospital providing occupational therapy to older adults. I help people of all ages to be able to participate as fully and independently as possible in their lives: from dressing and feeding to fine motor skills and hobbies, anything that makes life life for someone, that's where I come in. :)
