About Clodagh Shannon

I have a huge love for children! I'd describe myself as very patient, easy-going, and observant. I absolutely love looking after others, and I plan to become a pediatric nurse after college. I previously babysat a 10-year-old boy for about a year, and have experience with playing, reading, helping with schoolwork, preparing snacks, cleaning up, and putting children to bed according to the parent's instructions, and I had a great bond with him! I've volunteered for local elementary schools to play with the PE classes and read to the children. I've also worked as a cashier and as a receptionist. I'd say that from my experiences, I'm able to handle high-stress situations well. I'm also CPR/AED/First-Aid certified by the RedCross. I'm getting ready to graduate from high school as a 3 sport athlete and honors student, involved in my church, and would love to have a babysitting job over summer before I head to college! I'm pretty flexible and should be available most days of the week.
