About Claire

I've helped kids in my classes and younger prepare for exams, complete homework, and just have a general understanding of the concepts. I can tutor in English, Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Statistics, any type of Social Studies, and Psychology. I've intermittently volunteered with 4th and 5th grade students over the past 5 years, where we worked on reading, spelling, math (including the dreaded long division), and I had some one on one time with ESL students. I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor of science in Psychology and a 3. 7 GPA. I have a strong background in math and science with a passion for reading and writing, meaning I'm well rounded in my academic, volunteer, and professional experience due to the nature of my degree and personality.
