About Claire

Hello! My name is Claire. I am a certified wellness coach and caregiver who is passionate about helping people live their best lives. I specialize in natural mood regulation and healing through holistic means. I focus on mindset, food function, motivated movement, emotional energy flow, and soul care. I am gentle and compassionate and work at whatever pace is best for the client. I make sure to cater my coaching and caregiving to the unique needs of my clients. I've worked in memory care nursing homes as well as in-home care. I love to be a helping hand as well as companion. I believe that with the right care and support the elderly can and deserve to still enjoy the fullness of life. I will do whatever it takes to create that. I hope to be that care and support.
